Palworld's developer is being sued by Nintendo, in a fully unsurprising turn of events by the extremely litigious creator of Mario and friends. Palworld took chart-topping records on release by being largely compared to Pokemon, but with the things that Nintendo would never do, but the surprising part is that it's not being sued for similarities in creature design but for game elements, which currently haven't been elaborated on.
If you caught the Tryx case review of a few days ago, they seem to be taking the criticism to heart, as in response to that review they've actually taken the case off the market in order to fix at least some of the issues.
Rumors continue that Nvidia is winding down production of 40-series cards as the 50-series seems to be on the horizon.
